A Little Housekeeping – Policies & Reminders…
Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the service booked.
Late Arrivals & No-Shows
If you’re running late, please get in touch as soon as possible. We allow a 10-minute grace period, but after this, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule, and a late fee may apply. Clients who do not attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment, especially during busy periods. This will be deducted from your final total on the day of your appointment.

Acrylic & Product Removal Policy
We prioritise the health of your natural nails. For this reason, we don’t remove acrylics or work done by other technicians unless discussed and approved in advance, due to unknown products and potential hidden damage. Please arrive with bare nails for your first appointment so we can safely assess and treat your nails using our trusted methods.
If you’re unsure about removal needs, contact us before your visit.
